Reform the H-1B visa program. It must stop taking jobs from qualified Americans. Require companies to prove they cannot find U.S. workers first, then only approve truly elite talent. Significantly raise the fees so only serious, high-value applications get through. Make getting an H-1B much harder and more selective. America should get the absolute best, not just cheaper labor.
