I'm writing in support of the SCERT Act. Trust in the Supreme Court is historically low ever since the repeal of Roe. Six sitting Justices have links to the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society. Even the president himself confirmed as much. With the conservative supermajority poised to rule on human rights cases, they should be, by all accounts, forced to recuse or should be removed from the bench. SCERT would restore the integrity of the courts by enacting stricter ethics requirements, encouraging transparency, and discouraging bias and lies during confirmation hearings. Please pass SCERT.
