To the best of my knowledge, Elon Musk has not been sworn in or confirmed by Congress for the position created for him. Is this normal? Is this the way our government is supposed to run? He needs to be vetted and he needs to swear an oath to the constitution like others in positions of leadership in our government. The House and the Senate constitute the Legislative, which is an independent and coequal branch of the government. It’s unacceptable that you would all simply follow the wishes of the Executive. You swore to uphold the Constitution so I will hold you accountable to that. Please respond in writing.
