Demand Clear Exit Strategy for Iran Military Operations

I am writing to demand that you insist on a clear, concrete exit strategy for the current military operations against Iran before this situation spirals further out of control.
According to the Wall Street Journal, President Trump has no planning for post-bombing strategy and is bouncing ideas off journalists even as the Strait of Hormuz has closed, American citizens remain stranded abroad, regional war spreads, and U.S. military personnel are dying. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt could not provide a coherent definition of what unconditional surrender means, stating only that it means whatever Trump decides. This is not a strategy. This is chaos.
Trump's recent social media posts demanding Iran's unconditional surrender while simultaneously threatening areas under serious consideration for complete destruction reveal no pathway to resolution. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has already rejected unconditional surrender, and the Washington Post reports that Russia is now providing Iran with information to attack U.S. forces, including aircraft and ships. When asked about this Russian assistance to our adversary, Trump called it a stupid question and refused to answer.
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island recently detailed Trump's consistent advancement of policies benefiting Russia, including pausing Ukraine weapons, easing sanctions, and installing Russia apologist Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence. Attorney General Pam Bondi has stopped anti-kleptocracy work targeting Russian oligarchs. The connections between Trump's refusal to confront Russia and his escalation with Iran demand scrutiny.
American service members are dying without a clear mission or endpoint. I urge you to demand immediate answers from the administration: What constitutes mission success? What are the criteria for withdrawal? What is the timeline? Congress has the constitutional authority to check executive military action, and you must exercise it now before more lives are lost in a conflict with no defined objectives.
