Defend Press Freedom — Stop the White House Press Credential Purge

The White House is banning credentialed journalists from CNN, MSNBC, and Politico, and you need to say something about it. This isn't a communications strategy. It's an attempt to control what Americans are allowed to know while gas creeps toward $4.50 and inflation keeps climbing. Silencing the press doesn't fix any of that. It just means fewer people asking why it isn't fixed.
The First Amendment exists for exactly this reason. It comes before the right to bear arms — before everything — because the founders had just fought a king who decided what his subjects were allowed to hear. When the White House yanks press passes because reporters ask uncomfortable questions, that's not a security measure. That's a tantrum dressed up as policy. A federal judge already forced the administration to return Jim Acosta's credentials under this same Constitution. The law hasn't changed.
My grocery bill hasn't gone down. My gas tank costs more to fill than it did two years ago. None of that gets better because a few reporters got bounced from a briefing room. Speak up for a free press. Condemn these credential revocations publicly and support any legislative action that protects journalist access to this administration.
