Congress must demand oversight

The Constitution places Congress at the center of decisions about war and oversight of the executive branch. At a moment when tensions with Iran carry significant risks for American service members, regional stability, and global energy markets, it is essential that Congress exercise independent judgment rather than allow political messaging to dictate policy.
