Investigate Elon Musk under oath, on camera, starting with who ordered the Starshield speed cap that cut Ukrainian drone strikes by more than half in a single day and left Kyiv exposed to 21 missiles and 210 drones the night Trump was supposedly fixing it. The Wall Street Journal and CBS both reported Musk gave that order personally, discussed it with Trump and White House officials beforehand, and then had SpaceX representatives contact the White House to coordinate a cover story. Republican Mike Turner said lives are being lost and Congress needs to investigate. Republican Brian Fitzpatrick said if Musk gave the order, it likely broke the law.
That is one thread. The GAO audited $110 billion of DOGE's claimed savings and found 96% could not be verified. A Senate subcommittee put Musk's companies' potential federal liability at $2.37 billion across 65 enforcement actions, most of which went quiet after the inspectors general were purged. The SEC settled a case over $150 million in investor harm for $1.5 million with no admission, and the presiding judge said she would not be a rubber stamp. His companies have received nearly $48 billion in federal contracts and subsidies, and not one of them lost a dollar on DOGE's receipts list.
Congress has subpoena power for a reason. Use it.
