I need you to oppose any settlement in Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS over his leaked tax returns. This case represents a sitting president suing his own administration to extract taxpayer money, and it sets a dangerous precedent that cannot stand. Trump is demanding billions because a former IRS contractor leaked 15 years of his tax returns to The New York Times in 2019. The contractor was prosecuted and convicted. Now Trump wants us to pay him for it.
