Musk Coup

I am writing to express my extreme alarm at what is happening in our government. Many things are in play at once, but the most troubling is the apparent hostile takeover of the machinery of government, principally US treasure, by Elon Musk and his merry band of twelve-year-old computer techies. These ''engineers' likely have little or no expertise to understand the law or the administration needs surrounding the agencies funded through the treasury, and yet they have access to State Department data at the very least, putting the country's security at risk. Elon Musk is not an elected official. He is not a federal employee. He has not been appointed by the President nor approved by the Senate to have any leadership role in government. DOGE has no legal authority. It is not any sort of government department or agency. It does not have power over established government agencies. Why is Elon Musk allowed to exercise such power and control? Elon Musk is a private citizen who is/has taken control of established government offices. This is not efficiency; this is a coup, and I want to know what you are going to do about it. You were elected to support and protect the Constitution and every American regardless of their political party, and you are not doing that. Why? You have a responsibility to stand up and take action to stop this, and your failure to do so makes you complicit in the criminal actions of the President and his sidekicks. Failure to stand up and speak up makes you complicit in the coup orchestrated by Elon Musk. Do something. The American people of all parties are watching and counting on their elected officials to protect them. This is your job. We are expecting you to act.
