This Is a Constitutional Crisis — Impeach Him

The Trump administration is now actively defying a Supreme Court order to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia — a U.S. citizen — to the country. Let me be clear: this is not a policy debate. This is not a difference of interpretation. This is a full-blown constitutional crisis. The executive branch is refusing to comply with the highest court in the land. That’s the textbook definition of authoritarianism — when a leader declares themselves above the law. And you, as a member of Congress, cannot treat this like politics as usual. If you do, you are complicit. What happens when the executive branch no longer honors court orders? What happens when the president is allowed to choose which laws they’ll follow — and which citizens they’ll erase?
