Remove Political Banner from Department of Justice Building

The DOJ building itself should reflect the institution's commitment to equal justice under law, not serve as a platform for political messaging. The appearance of impartiality is as critical as impartiality itself. When citizens see political banners at the DOJ, it sends a message that justice may be dispensed based on political loyalty rather than facts and law. This erodes the foundational principle that no one is above the law and everyone deserves equal protection under it.
