Sunshine Protection Act

I was glad to see the Senate pass the Sunshine Protection Act, to keep the USA on one time the entire year. The problem is that the chosen time should be Standard Time, not Daylight Savings Time. We shouldn’t have winter sunrises at 8:30am and summer sunsets at 9:00pm. Please help to have the bill changed to Standard time and get it passed ASAP!
