Block the $1.8B Anti-Weaponization Slush Fund and Impeach Trump

Support legislation to block the Trump administration's $1.776 billion "anti-weaponization" compensation fund — and move to impeach Trump for the pattern of lawless conduct behind it. House Democrats are already poised to force a vote. Get on the right side of it. This fund is straightforwardly corrupt. The administration dropped its own IRS lawsuit and directed the DOJ to create a slush fund that will hand taxpayer money to Trump's political allies, including January 6 insurrectionists. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche will personally appoint the five individuals who decide who gets paid. Even Senate Majority Leader John Thune has questioned whether this is legal. It isn't. Trump has repeatedly defied the law and abused the power of the presidency to enrich himself and reward his allies with public funds. That is an impeachable offense. Block this fund and hold him accountable for it.
