Investigate and Block Trump's Election Interference Campaign

Investigate the Trump administration's coordinated campaign to interfere with free and fair elections before the midterms are compromised. The pattern is clear and documented: the DOJ sued California over noncitizen voter fraud claims it cannot substantiate, then threatened election workers with criminal prosecution for counting ballots the administration flagged, with no evidence provided to back those flags up. In Nevada, DHS Secretary Mullin claimed nearly 16,000 noncitizens were on voter rolls. That number collapsed to zero under scrutiny. These are not isolated missteps. The administration has lost 26 consecutive court cases trying to seize voter data from states. It tried to withhold FEMA terrorism preparedness grants unless states adopted a federal election code. A judge blocked that, and FEMA rescinded the requirements. Every legal avenue has been shut down, yet the pressure keeps coming through new channels. This is a systematic effort to control who votes by manufacturing a voter fraud crisis that doesn't exist. The courts have said no. Congress refused to pass the SAVE America Act. Now the administration is turning to threats and litigation to wear down election officials. That cannot stand. Speak out publicly, use every oversight tool available, and make clear that election administration belongs to the states, not to any administration determined to tilt results in its favor.
