That is not a coincidence. That is a payoff. This is part of a pattern. GEO Group received $85 million-a-year ICE contracts and then donated $1.4 million to a Trump-aligned super PAC within days. Trump has made at least $1.4 billion from crypto ventures backed by foreign governments and pardon seekers, while his own supporters are sitting on an estimated $4.7 billion in losses. A UAE royal invested $500 million in the Trump family's crypto bank while Trump negotiates giving the UAE access to advanced AI chips that could reach China. Ethics lawyer Kathleen Clark put it plainly: "Trump is selling out our national security in exchange for his own wealth maximization." Representative Huffman has already called these wind buyouts "blatantly illegal." He's right, and he shouldn't be standing alone. Hold hearings. Subpoena records. The volume of wrongdoing cannot be allowed to become its own protection.
