Moreover, Speaker Johnson's refusal to bring the House back into session to work on reopening the government is causing unnecessary harm to countless Americans. If Speaker Johnson continues to refuse to seat Congresswoman-elect Grijalva and fails to reconvene the House for substantive bipartisan negotiations, he must be removed from office.
