Investigate Trump's Russia Dealings and Enforce Sanctions

Investigate Donald Trump's financial dealings with Russia and enforce the sanctions Congress has already mandated. Trump's decision to purchase diesel from Russia handed billions of dollars to a Kremlin that is using that liquidity to fund its ongoing assault on Ukrainian civilians. That is not a policy disagreement. That is material support for war crimes. The harm compounds. Russia is actively supplying intelligence and missiles to Iran, a country currently at war with the United States. Trump's diesel deal frees up Russian cash that flows, however indirectly, toward forces targeting American troops. He then waived sanctions required under the Graham Act, citing "national interests" that no credible analyst recognizes. Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski noted that Europe has been funding Ukraine's defense alone for over a year and a half. The United States, under Trump, has not contributed a single cent. Congress has the tools to act. Use them. Restore and enforce sanctions. Launch a full investigation into the financial ties between Trump, his inner circle, and Russian interests. The pattern here, from the first impeachment over withheld Ukraine funds to Starlink being cut off to Ukraine's military, is not coincidence. Every official who took an oath to defend this country against foreign enemies needs to decide which side of history they are on.
