Condemn Federal Interference in State Election Systems

Publicly condemn the DOJ's unlawful seizure of state voter records and Trump's unconstitutional push to nationalize elections. The FBI raided Fulton County, Georgia's election headquarters and seized ballots, voter rolls, and digital data. The DOJ has now sued more than 20 states for refusing to hand over voter files that federal law explicitly bars the DOJ from accessing directly.
This isn't just overreach. Attorney General Pam Bondi threatened to pull ICE out of Minnesota unless Governor Walz surrendered sensitive voter registration records. Trump signed executive orders banning mail-in voting and requiring proof of citizenship to register, both of which federal courts have already begun striking down for exceeding executive authority. A secret national citizenship database is now being used to screen voters, with no transparency about how that data is stored or used.
State-run elections are a constitutional cornerstone, and the federal government has no legal authority to seize control of them. A public condemnation sends a clear signal that this interference will not go unanswered.
