An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Ensure impartial handling of Epstein-Maxwell case by DOJ

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

This administration's actions regarding Ghislaine Maxwell and the Epstein files raise serious concerns about conflicts of interest and the integrity of the Justice Department's work. As public servants, Justice Department officials have a duty to pursue truth and justice impartially on behalf of the American people, not any individual's personal interests. Interviewing Maxwell while opposing her appeal suggests the Department may be improperly motivated by factors beyond the fair administration of justice. The public deserves transparency and assurances that the Epstein case is being handled without undue influence or bias. Maintaining independence and avoiding even the appearance of impropriety is essential for preserving faith in the rule of law.
