Oppose Trump Attorney Emil Bove for Federal Court Judge

Emil Bove's nomination to serve as a federal appeals court judge on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals should be strongly opposed. As Trump's criminal defense attorney, Bove weaponized the Department of Justice by ordering the firings of Jan. 6 prosecutors, threatening to purge the FBI, and dropping corruption charges against political allies in a quid pro quo deal. He also directed DOJ officials to "ignore" court orders obstructing Trump's mass deportation operation, a blatant disregard for the rule of law. Bove's unethical conduct and aiding of the Trump administration's unconstitutional defiance of the courts renders him unfit for a lifetime federal judgeship. This nomination undermines the integrity of the judicial branch and must be rejected to uphold the separation of powers and impartial administration of justice.
