Demand Immediate Release of Whistleblower Complaint Against DNI Gabbard

I am writing to urge you to call for the release of the classified whistleblower complaint filed against Tulsi Gabbard in May 2025. This complaint has been withheld from Congress and the American people for eight months. The law requires the intelligence community's inspector general to assess whistleblower complaints within two weeks and forward credible complaints to Congress shortly thereafter. This has not happened. While the House and Senate intelligence committees were notified of the complaint's existence in November, they still have not received it. The complaint is apparently so sensitive that not even the whistleblower's own lawyer has been permitted to view it, and it allegedly implicates not only Gabbard's office but also another federal agency. I urge you to demand the immediate release of this complaint to the appropriate congressional intelligence committees. The American people deserve to know what allegations have been made against the Director of National Intelligence, and Congress must be able to fulfill its constitutional oversight responsibilities.
