The White House and its allies are clearly not listening to the American people. The polls tell the story—and it is not good for any of us.
The constant spread of misinformation and half-truths, not only by the administration but also by corporate media outlets that refuse to ask the hard questions, has left people frustrated and distrustful.
Americans are disgusted with Congress as a whole. We need leaders who are on our side—leaders who reject going backward and refuse to accept the status quo.
We must embrace Democratic candidates despite differences of opinion. That diversity of thought is part of what makes democracy work. We cannot remain a divided party.
We have two years to show that we can face the truth, work together, and deliver meaningful results for the American people. It is time to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
We need a clear, coherent, and inclusive plan—because real change is not optional. Our future depends on it.
