Congress MUST assert it's Constitutional authority over trade. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) has been abused since last year. The current threats over "owning Greenland" are the latest examples of its misuse for a situation that is plainly not an emergency. Assert appropriate Congressional authority now!
