Return Maduro to Venezuela. The kidnapping of a head of state, without any authorization of war by Congress, is an illegal act under US and international law, plain and simple. There is no faster way to diminish the reputation of the US and invite foreign adversaries to ally with each other than to continue down this treacherous path.
