I'm contacting you to demand that you put an end to Trump’s unconstitutional and unwanted war with Iran. I urge you to: 1. introduce and vote on another war powers resolution to exert Congress's constitutional authority over military conflict 2. conduct aggressive oversight with public hearings on the Trump administration's actions in Iran 3. REFUSE to pass any supplemental funding for this unauthorized military action 4. support articles of impeachment and move to convict and remove Trump for his repeated defiance of the Constitution. As a veteran and a wife and daughter of a military family, I know firsthand that Georgians and Americans do not want another forever war. We do not have the munitions, nor the counterintelligence department back home thanks to Trump’s dismantling of it for Iranian specific threats (which seems like he is inviting threats to America). He is losing popularity and this is his Hail Mary to stay in power. We can not allow it. We can not allow Americans: our sons and daughters to die for this man’s delusions.
