Please take immediate action to stop the forced starvation of the people of Gaza
To: Sen. Ossoff, Sen. Warnock, Rep. Clyde
From: A constituent in Gainesville, GA
July 26
I’m writing to urge you to take immediate action to stop the forced starvation of civilians in Gaza.
Thousands of families are being denied food, water, and medical aid. The situation is not just dire — it’s inhumane. Using starvation as a weapon is a war crime, and right now, U.S. support is helping make it possible.
Israel’s blockade and ongoing attacks are preventing humanitarian supplies from reaching people who are already starving. Children are dying of hunger while trucks full of food sit at sealed crossings. If we truly care about human rights, we cannot look the other way.
The U.S. should not be sending military aid to a government that is actively blocking access to basic human needs. I’m asking you to push for an immediate and sustained ceasefire, the opening of all crossings for humanitarian aid, and a freeze on U.S. military assistance to Israel until food, water, and medical care are freely allowed into Gaza.
This is not about sides. It’s about stopping a preventable catastrophe. We cannot keep funding this with our tax dollars.
Please act now. Lives are on the line.
