It's a little late, but I want someone in Washington to know how ridiculous I think this parade (coinciding with Trump's birthday) is. 50 million for a pre 4th of July celebration for the same thing? These tanks are going to cause as much damage to the parade route as it costs to bring on this event. I am a patriot, as both parents fought the fascists (OVER THERE) in WWII. What about all the veterans that the Trump administration has cut programs and staff for? How many homeless Vets could all that money go for? What would Elon Musk think of this parade in his former department of Doge? Please try to stop this boondoggle, as the cost is likely to be revised to over $ 100 million in a few months.
