Last night’s address was a parade of falsehoods and self praise detached from the reality Americans are living. Prices are high. Trust is low. Division is deep. You and those who defend these distortions have driven people away from faith, from the Republican Party, and from confidence in their government. Leadership demands truth. You have failed that test. Shame on you.
