📣 PETITION: Demand Congressional Action to Defend the Constitution and Stop Abuse of Power
To Members of Congress:
We, the undersigned, demand immediate congressional action to address ongoing abuses of power that undermine constitutional governance, misuse federal law enforcement, and threaten democratic norms.
The 2020 presidential election was certified, audited, and upheld by state officials and the courts. Continued efforts to relitigate or retaliate over settled election results—particularly through federal investigations—represent an unacceptable erosion of the rule of law.
We Call for Accountability for:
• Donald Trump
• Kristi Noem
• Pete Hegseth
• Kash Patel
for actions that, taken together, reflect abuse of authority and disregard for constitutional limits.
Grounds for Congressional Action Include:
Violations of the U.S. Constitution
• Abuse of executive authority for personal or political retaliation
• Undermining state control of elections in violation of the Tenth Amendment
• Politicization of federal law enforcement agencies
• Erosion of checks and balances
Abuse of Public Resources
• Wasting taxpayer funds on settled political grievances
• Diverting law enforcement from genuine public safety needs
• Using investigations to intimidate or punish dissent
Violations of Democratic Norms
• Undermining public trust in free and fair elections
• Targeting election officials and civil servants
• Normalizing authoritarian use of government power
Our Demand
Congress must use its constitutional authority—including oversight, investigation, and impeachment where warranted—to defend democratic institutions and protect Americans from political abuse of power.
No individual is above the law.
