President Trump’s executive order, “Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy,” is not about fairness. It’s about reviving discrimination — and giving his base someone new to blame for their problems. If this administration cared about merit, it would start by looking in the mirror. Instead, Trump stacked his Cabinet with unqualified loyalists who are wrecking their agencies — and he raves about them, not because they succeed, but because they flatter his ego and parrot his lies. This isn’t restoring opportunity. It’s re-segregating it — locking women, minorities, and anyone outside their narrow vision of a “real American” out of success and safety. “Meritocracy” is just a new marketing slogan for the same old hate. I’m asking you: • Call this agenda what it is — state-sponsored discrimination. • Fight to protect the rights and futures of all Americans. • Stand up for true democracy — before it’s too late. History will remember who stood for democracy — and who dismantled it.
