I urge to oppose the CLARITY act. It would allow people to deposit funds into cryptocurrency accounts to avoid taxes. This directly runs counter to the principles of democracy, as it avoids the personal (and corporate) responsibility to pay your fair share of the financial burden of keeping our government solvent. It is unacceptable, irresponsible, and, frankly, despicable that mature people would attempt to avoid their duties as citizens. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
