If DOGE Can Track Savings, Why Can’t It Track Spending

The American people love a good budget breakdown—especially when it’s their money being spent. And since we have an entire Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), surely some of its finest minds can whip up a Presidential Expense Tracker so we can keep tabs on just how much gold leaf and Mar-a-Lago security details are costing taxpayers. Here’s what we know so far: • Oval Office “Gold Rush” Redecoration – ~$500,000 • Proposed $100M White House Ballroom – Allegedly “self-funded” (but we’d like to confirm) • Rose Garden Patio Revamp – $1-3M • Mar-a-Lago Trips (6 so far) – $20.4M (at $3.4M per trip) • Air Force One + Security Costs – $50,000+ per flight hour • Elon Musk’s White House Starlink Setup – “Free” (but let’s check the fine print) • Trump Property Hosting Fees for Officials at the White House and Air Force One – Millions annually We’re not saying every taxpayer-funded penny is being used irresponsibly, but a little sunlight never hurt anyone . If we can track space launches, inflation spikes, and DOGE’s saving, we should be able to track where our tax dollars spending in real time. Transparency isn’t partisan—it’s just good government. So let’s see the numbers.
