Responses by the laws in my hands on 7/25/2025 written separately.

To: Sen. Warnock, Pres. Trump, Sen. Ossoff, Rep. Loudermilk

From: A constituent in Marietta, GA

July 23

I filed on June 2, 2024 with a senator in the State of Georgia a complaint of about never receiving any response. I am redressing a grievance for the 3,000 unanswered authorizations that explicitly states “our office cannot assist individuals without their express written consent.” I redress of this grievances because I am vulnerable and I am to be protected like a child under the State of Georgia laws. I think that we have good intentions but we get insufficient in our efforts. I request a written response to each request for assistance in Cherokee and Pickens Counties of Georgia. The ADA laws require that I be equally protected and allowed access to the courts as a plaintiff. I redress of grievances with the 2024 Code of Georgia Title 30, O.C.G.A. Subsection 30-5-3 (1) “Abuse” is the willful deprivation of essential services for the disabled elderly since 1993! I am physically impaired due to neuromuscular disease and spine damage and I am homeless almost seven years because of property deed fraud! I filed redress of grievances for my protection by the Federal Constitutional Right, but I received two retaliations from the Adult Protective Services filings on my behalf! The essential services denied are as follows and I am filing a redress of grievances against each listed denied social, denied medical care and a wheelchair because I broke mine in two having my daily seizure which was accompanied by a stroke, and I have been denied legal services necessary to safeguard my disabled and elderly by Social Security laws rights and resources to maintain my physical wellbeing. I have always thanked Jon and Ralph for their help with SNAP. I have wonderful people with Adult Protective Services but my lawsuits are a part of my grievances. Yes, under the law the physically impaired “shall not include the taking into physical custody of a disabled person without that person’s consent.” I have a need that I am entering a redress of grievances for an apartment that I choose but I was blocked from due to the fact no laws are upheld. Thank you for replying to each release by 7/25/2025 in my hands.
