Trump says ending his tariffs would cost $3 trillion. That means Americans—not foreign countries—paid them. If tariffs made us rich, refunds shouldn’t hurt. So where’s the money? Is it with the $200 billion DOGE supposedly saved? Congress must demand to know where the money is and who really paid it before another dollar disappears into Trump’s gold-plated toilet.
