I’m writing as one of your constituents in NY to express my serious concern in support of allowing a government shutdown. It’s time the MAGA GOP party realize that Democrats can play hard ball too. DO NOT back down to pressure. Allow the shutdown to happen, and be at the ready with a narrative media campaign that puts the GOP on the defensive. It’s time to stand up and use what little power the Dems have. ALLOW THE SHUTDOWN. Do NOT negotiate. Stand up before this autocratic regime destroys America and democracy itself! Thank you.
