“President Donald Trump promised the crowd at the GOP's first-ever midterm convention Wednesday that if Republicans hold on to the House and Senate he'll issue a $5,000 "dividend" to every adult American.” You don’t have to be a lawyer or a mental giant to realize that this is completely an utterly illegal. This is a deal. Donald Trump made publicly and he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent for trying to buy votes. It’s clearly what he did. It’s clearly what he’s saying he’s going to do and it’s clearly illegal! Prosecute this idiot now!
