I am writing to urge you to vote no on a renewal of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Significant reforms are requited in order to have this law comply with American's 4th Amendment rights, including: - Closing the backdoor search loophole - Closing the data broker loophole - Fixing the overbroad expansion of electronic communication service providers - Removing barriers to amici access and participation at the FISA Court Please, vote no on any bill to renew Section 702 that does not have these critical reforms.
