Publicly condemn the Trump administration's attempts to nationalize our elections and stand against the DOJ's unlawful demands for state voter data. The federal government has no legal authority over how states run their elections, and what's happening right now is a direct assault on that constitutional boundary.
The list of violations is alarming. The FBI raided Fulton County, Georgia's election headquarters and seized ballots and voter rolls. The DOJ has sued more than 20 states for refusing to hand over voter files it has no legal right to access. Attorney General Bondi threatened to pull ICE from Minnesota unless the state surrendered sensitive voter registration records. Courts have already struck down parts of Trump's proof-of-citizenship executive order because the executive branch simply doesn't have this authority. A secret national citizenship database is now being used to screen voters, with zero transparency about how that data is being used or who it could exclude.
These aren't isolated incidents. This is a coordinated effort to seize control of American elections from the states that run them. I need you to speak out loudly, use your platform to call this what it is, and take every legislative action available to block it.
