Real Republicans Are Speaking — Hear Us Now or Hear Us in November

To: Rep. Dean, Pres. Trump, Gov. Abbott, Lt. Gov. Patrick, Rep. Moran, Sen. Cruz, Sen. Hughes, Sen. Cornyn

As a Republican, a mother, a grandmother, and a person of faith, I am writing with deep concern about the direction our party — and our leadership — has taken under President Trump. I have spent my life voting in every election I possibly can. I encourage others to vote. I make sure they understand the policies — not just the slogans. I believe deeply in the responsibility of citizenship — and leadership. Recently, President Trump posted: “The Radical Left Democrats are paying a fortune to have people infiltrate the Town Halls of Republican Congressmen/women and Senators. These Great Patriot Politicians should not treat them nicely. Have them immediately ejected from the room — They are disruptors and troublemakers…” Let’s be honest: This does not sound like the words of a serious, stable leader. It sounds like a tantrum — not leadership. Breaking it down: • Baseless Conspiracies: Accusing Democrats — without evidence — of infiltrating town halls isn’t leadership. It’s excuse-making and delusional. • Fear of Accountability: Demanding that dissenters be “immediately ejected” reveals weakness. Real Republicans answer tough questions with facts. • Delusion About Unity: Pretending there is “only love and unity” while millions of Republicans express real concerns is insulting. • Emotional Manipulation: Resorting to fear, name-calling, and paranoia divides our country. It does not strengthen it. Worse, every Republican who defends this behavior ends up sounding just as unstable. And the American people — including Republican voters like me — see it clearly. I am not alone. 80% of the Republicans I know are deeply concerned. Many are planning to vote straight Democrat in the next election — not because they became “radical leftists,” but because they still believe in real Republican values: • Freedom • Responsibility • Faith • Truth • Respect for the Constitution Values today’s Republican leaders have forgotten while worshipping at the altar of Trump. America is speaking. Republicans are speaking. You can listen to us now — or be forced to hear us at the ballot box later. We will not reward cowardice, delusion, or complicity. We expect leadership — not tantrums. We expect courage — not excuses. Wake up. Lead. Or step aside. We are done waiting. We are done having our voices erased because we refuse to follow an irrational king. I taught my children and grandchildren that actions — and inactions — have consequences. It’s time Congress learned the same.
