The takeover of the California national guard by the Trump administration is a clear violation of the insurrection act. Insurrection has not been declared, yet Gavin Newsom’s control of his state’s national guard has been removed. This CAN NOT stand. You are our last defense in this very serious situation. You must act. You must act now, before it is too late.
