Two Lawmakers Shot. Trump Concern? His Parade.

To: Sen. Cornyn, Rep. Moran, Gov. Abbott, Pres. Trump, Sen. Hughes, Lt. Gov. Patrick, Sen. Cruz, Rep. Dean

Two Democratic lawmakers were shot in their homes in what authorities are calling a targeted political attack—and the President of the United States has said nothing. No condemnation. No empathy. Just this: “OUR GREAT MILITARY PARADE IS ON, RAIN OR SHINE. REMEMBER, A RAINY DAY PARADE BRINGS GOOD LUCK. I’LL SEE YOU ALL IN D.C.” He hasn’t condemned the violence because it came from his base—and his hate is what lit the fuse. He doesn’t speak out because these are the outcomes he inspires. And all he cares about is his parade. The only “violence” he complains about is peaceful protest—especially when it’s against him. If you stay silent too, you’re endorsing this. Do your job. Before more lives are lost to this man’s ego and extremism.
