**Demand Immediate Release of Gaza Freedom Flotilla Activists and End Gaza Blockade** I am writing to express my deep concern over the detention of American citizen Carsie Blanton and hundreds of other activists from the Gaza Freedom Flotilla by Israeli authorities. These individuals were intercepted in international waters while attempting to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, a region facing severe humanitarian crisis. The detention of these activists, including Ms. Blanton, is a violation of international law and human rights. These brave individuals were acting on humanitarian grounds, seeking to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza who are facing dire shortages of food, medicine, and other essential supplies due to the ongoing blockade. I urge you to take immediate action to secure the release of Carsie Blanton and all detained activists. As my representative, I expect you to use your position to pressure the Israeli government and our own State Department to ensure their swift and safe return. This situation demands urgent attention, as every day in detention puts these activists at risk and delays critical aid to Gaza. Furthermore, I implore you to address the root cause of this crisis by calling for an end to the blockade of Gaza and the ongoing actions that many are characterizing as genocide. The people of Gaza are facing starvation and lack of basic necessities. This humanitarian catastrophe must end immediately. Your swift action on this matter is crucial. Please update me on the steps you are taking to secure the release of the detained activists and to address the broader humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The lives of countless civilians, including children, depend on immediate and decisive action from our government. I look forward to hearing about your efforts to resolve this urgent situation and to promote peace and justice in the region.
