I am one of the 68 million Americans who count on Social Security to help cover living expenses and pay bills. Nearly one in five Americans rely on Social Security for almost all of their income. Many are still working and counting on SS in the near future. No matter what, Social Security is OUR money. We pay(ed) into it with the promise that our hard-earned money will be there when we need it. Social Security MUST be protected and saved! This is non-negotiable!
