congress Trump’s Justice Department denied the Courts in two different cases— claiming near dictator powers over citizens. First, they claim the President can use the Alien Enemies Act without providing details of alleged wrongdoing of their prisoners. Second, they claimed that Judge should bow to “mandate of the electorate” when he pushed them to substantiate their claims of national security. There are no kings in America. Instead, as Thomas Paine wrote, “the law is King in America.” Congress needs to stand up for truth and liberty. Fight for the rule of law. Thanks for your service.
