I am writing to once again implore you to stand up to Republican fear mongering and authoritarian flexes. There is absolutely no reason any Democrat should do Trump’s work for him and greenlight Republicans' anti-immigrant agenda. You have a chance to show us that you will stand up against harmful and inhumane immigration policies. Congress has already shown us that they can stand united against Republican fear mongering, rejecting Republicans’ extreme anti-trans agenda. You need to bring that same energy to Republicans’ extreme anti-immigrant agenda next. I strongly urge you to vote NO on the Laken Riley Act.
