The Israel government's obstruction of humanitarian aid to northern Gaza is unconscionable. Denying 82 out of 91 attempted UN aid deliveries over the past month and a half is a flagrant violation of international law and basic human rights. This blockade has left an estimated 65,000-75,000 civilians in dire conditions without access to food, water, shelter, and medical care. With heavy rains and dropping temperatures, families who fled the besieged areas are now sheltering in the cold without blankets or proper shelter. Children lack warm clothing and shoes. The situation is rapidly deteriorating into a severe humanitarian crisis. Severe food shortages threaten to endanger lives that already depend on aid to survive. This cruel deprivation of essential aid cannot be justified under any circumstances. Israel must immediately lift the blockade and allow unfettered access for the delivery of humanitarian assistance to the people of northern Gaza.

I demand you do everything in your power to:
- Support the ICC for issuing arrest warrants for Netanyahu, and oppose all efforts to sanction the ICC
– Hold Israel accountable to a permanent, immediate ceasefire and for their repeat violations of international law

- Support Palestinians in their fight for freedom and peace
– Secure the immediate release and safety of all hostages, including Palestinians held by Israel in "military prisons", including those whose indefinite detention began prior to 10/7/24
– Permanently end all monetary, diplomatic, and military aid given to Israel and enforce U.S. laws like Leahy Law and the Arms Export Control Act
– Resume full funding of UNRWA and allocate more funds to aid humanitarian efforts in Gaza
– Immediately withdraw all U.S. troops, military assets, and all other assets deployed throughout the Middle East and cease all actions that further escalate a larger regional conflict
