The administration's attempts to grant access to critical Treasury payment systems to Elon Musk's DOGE team pose unacceptable risks to sensitive data and financial operations. By allowing this outside group to potentially manipulate the mechanisms that distribute tax refunds, Social Security benefits, federal salaries and more, the integrity and security of systems impacting millions of Americans is being jeopardized. This reckless action needlessly exposes confidential information and payment processes to exploitation or disruption. I urge you to take immediate action to permanently revoke DOGE's access to the Treasury payment system and any other systems handling Americans' personal data or funds. Safeguarding these vital government functions from interference should be an utmost priority.
