While SNAP benefits have traditionally been a nonpartisan issue, congressional Republicans are seeking to drastically cut SNAP in this year’s budget to pay for their tax cuts for billionaires and large, profitable corporations. Please protect and strengthen the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Many people rely on SNAP to survive. It would be cruel to take away their food.
