NO AI DATA CENTERS IN MICHIGAN! The small number of temporary jobs these data centers will create is not worth the permanent damage and pollution that these data centers will cause our state. The ones that already exist across the country are hiking electricity prices for the surrounding communities. The fresh water that is needed to cool these computers is such a huge quantity that can never be reused due to the cooling process which pumps contaminated water back into the surrounding area. People living near these data centers experience a lack of access to clean water because of them. We need to preserve our water, our land, and our communities for the future. We cant allow these greedy companies to ruin our great state. Do not encourage them to come here, and block any new construction!
