Let the USPS keep their EV trucks

Talk about government WASTE Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill would force USPS to sell its brand-new mail trucks — JUST because they're electric vehicles. The backstory: USPS mail trucks needed to be replaced. They were so old some were spontaneously combusting. So the Biden admin ordered them to be replaced with EV trucks. Now, a provision in the Big Beautiful (Ugly) Bill would force USPS to sell the brand-new trucks to make a political point. The GOP says it's to “cut unnecessary costs.” In reality, it would waste $500M already spent and cost taxpayers an ADDITIONAL $1B to replace them all over again. This is beyond wasteful. Please get it out of the bill.
